Ariticle :25

Freedom of conscience and free profession, practice and propagation of religion

“ஒரு இந்தியனுக்கு சுய சிந்தணையோடு ஒரு மதத்தை ஏற்க, வழிபாடு செய்ய, பிறர்க்கு பரப்புறை செய்யும் உரிமை.”

Ariticle :28. (2) 

shall apply to an educational institution which is administered by the State but has been established under any endowment or trust which requires that religious instruction shall be imparted in such institution

மத போதனைக்கென ஓர் அறக்கட்டளை அல்லது கொடைகள் மூலம் உருவாக்கப்பட்டுள்ள கல்விச் சாலைகள் நடத்தும் உரிமை. (அவை அரசின் நிதி உதவியின் மூலம்நடைபெற்றாலும் கூட)

Ariticle :30 (1) 

All minorities, whether based on religion or language, shall have the right to establish and administer educational institutions of their choice

“மதச்சார்பு அல்லது மொழியின் காரணமாகச் சிறுபான்மையினர் என்று கருதப்பட்டுள்ள வகுப்பினருக்கு தமக்கென கல்விச் சாலைகளை நிறுவுவதற்கும் அவற்றைநிர்வகிப்பதற்கும் உரிமை.”
